Hi, I’m Sharmini! I created this website to help women find the confidence to travel the world and craft the life of their dreams.

On this site, you’ll find countless resources on everything from solo travel to packing guides to tips to build a global life.

Wanderer

Am I lost, if I never wish to be found?

I have had the privilege of living in 6+ countries and traveling 57 and counting…

#throwback2019 – lol little did I know about what was to come.

Welcome! My name is Sharmini and I’m one of those digital nomads types, that can’t quite seem to stay put. I have been living in and out of a suitcase, and traveling solo for close to a decade.

Solo travel has been one of the most transformational forces in my life, changing not just the way I view things, but how I do things.

During my journey, I have met women from several walks of life either on, or contemplating a solo travel adventure. And while there is lots of information online, I didn’t see much that REALLY dug into what traveling alone as a woman means.

Let alone traveling alone as a South East Asian woman.

I am no expert, BUT I am a dedicated content creator, who enjoys exploring the world and reporting back with unfiltered facts. And when I don’t have them, I have a wide community of nomadic travelers’ council and experience to draw from.

For this website, I wanted to try and put together content that I wasn’t able to find online when looking for what to watch out for during my solo trip to different popular destinations. I try my best to keep the articles updated with fresh recommendations every time I stop by.

Storyteller.

Irreverent of the status quo.

Whether it’s spinning fiction or breaking down the future so we can all understand it, I aim to bring a feisty yet balanced voice to the conversation.

Here are some of the things I have strong opinions on.
  • Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
  • Network states and Nomadism
  • Consciousness and Spirituality
  • Storytelling and Writing Craft

Check out my spicier opinions on Instagram and TikTok.
